1Who are Zoom Technologies and how can they help us?

Zoom Technologies provide IT support services in the Franklin and South Auckland area, as well as further afield, throughout Auckland and beyond. We can help with all sorts of IT related issues, either with your business - at work or in the office: or someone at home.

We sell, setup and support computers, laptops, servers and printers and networking equipment.

We also service and repair most brands of laptops, desktop computers, servers and certain brands of printers. We can solve all sorts of issues including Windows issues; networking issues and security concerns; remove viruses and spyware; perform upgrades or installations; resolve server related problems.

We have a team of professional consultants and support staff ready to help you – onsite, in our workshop, or by remote support. Using our remote support technology we can help you anywhere in New Zealand, as long as you have internet access.

2Can I bring my computer or laptop to you for repair?

Yes. Come and visit us at our main office and workshop in Pukekohe between the hours of 8:30am and 5:30pm - Monday to Friday. Or 9am till 12pm on Saturdays. There is no need for an appointment.

3What brand of computers and laptops and servers do you repair and service?
We sell all brands and models. We are not affiliated with any particular brand so we can advise, organise and implement solutions that are unbiased and suit your requirements, because the needs of our customers are our priority.

5Can Zoom help me with my Apple Mac computer?
Yes. As well as servicing Windows PC's and tablets we can fix software issues on Apple computers and arrange any hardware repairs if needed via an authorised Apple repair centre if needed. Contact our experienced team to discuss your issues.
6We are thinking of moving our business. Can you help us?
Definitely. Our capable technicians can help to determine what would be the optimum solutions for your business, so that you have a smooth transition and minimal impact on your business. Phone us to discuss your needs.
7Do you sell hardware?
Yes. Phone our knowledgeable team to discuss your hardware needs. We can provide competitive pricing for hardware for laptops, desktops, servers, printers.
8Do you sell software?
Yes. Phone our friendly team to discuss your software needs; for example software like Microsoft Office.
9Do you help people at home with only one computer?
Yes. We are here to help everyone who has a computer. Our experienced and friendly team are here to help and offer you advice.
10How can I pay for your IT services?
You can pay by cash or cheque or internet banking or Credit Card. Credit card payments are only accepted in person at our office/workshop and have a 2.95% surcharge due to bank fees.
