Our hardware was becoming very aged so I contacted Zoom Technologies to talk about upgrading. They visited our site and assessed our needs then gave us options to consider. There was no pressure to make a hurried decision and our questions and queries were answered in simple everyday language.
Once we gave the go ahead the team from Zoom were very efficient and worked around our business hours to have everything set up and running with the minimum of fuss and interruption to our business.
